    Overcrowded, no aircon, its awful.
No wonder BA are spending billions of pounds, this needs levelling and redesigning

Someone did start a Flyertalk topic about BA Lounge smell…guess it’s even worse today 😂

Why haven’t you gone over to the B lounge?!

+1 on this , it was very warm and unpleasant when I was there last Friday. The area to the right as you go in was cooler but very limited power points. Was also occupied by a “strutter” on his earpods calling everyone in his phone book to inform them of his presence in the business class lounge (which in fairness BA cannot be blamed for 😂)

lol, why on earth did he not just post it silently on his socials 🤣. Maybe it was his grandparents he was telling 🤷‍♀️.

The mezzanine/terrace in North is about the best place in T5/A J lounges, you get the air con from the main concourse and not much random wandering around as all the F & B is in the other bit.

The South lounge was ridiculously warm earlier this week.A few folk muttering. We left for a slow wander to our gate at the other end

Shhhh, we don’t want everybody to know!

I know, but it was suggested to the OP in the daily chat thread so it’s strange they chose T5 South!

T5B is fast becoming a zoo too. Late morning today – no seating available, no regular Prosecco, you have to keep asking and I don’t like rosé, dirty plates and glasses everywhere, just too many people and not enough staff to clean and refill. I know it is a busy bank holidays weekend but..

Time to end the double TPs experiment 🤣

Gosia44, I’d be asking for the proper (on-request/hidden) champagne instead of the regular Prosecco in these circumstances.
