There aren’t many chain hotels (I think a St Regis plus one Hilton which may or may not be open yet). Emyr probably works with a few of the properties there.
There did used to be a hotel called the Fairmont Princess (IIRC) 🤦🏻♀️😂
Thessaloniki was nice last month – good food and plenty to see…
