I paid over £2800 for a return buisness class flight and treated myself and the used 18,000 avios to upgrade to first class ONE WAY only. BA have taken away all my points and avios for the paid buisness class flights, are they allowed to do that?
No they should not be doing that. Just to clarify are you saying the flights credited to your BA account and then they were subsequently removed? Or did nothing credit from the flights? If the former, that’s shocking and would go straight to complaints
