I noticed on my Virgin Atlantic account that I had been given 2000 points as a ‘Silver Tier Renewal Bonus’. However, the points have not been added to my total balance. I asked Virgin who provided me with their version of my account statement which shows the bonus as zero. Is this some sort of legacy offer from Virgin or is the renewal bonus still a valid thing in which case I will pursue again with them?
Should be a valid thing. It states that you receive 2k Flying Club points when you renew. https://flywith.virginatlantic.com/eu/en/flying-club/members/membership-tiers/silver-benefits.html
