Time for points from Kobo to credit?

I’ve got some Accor points expiring in a week or so. I made a kobo purchase through Accor’s site a few days ago in the hope of resetting the expiry date. Anyone know how long these tend to take to credit? I got an email from Accor confirming this purchase was tracked, but no points showing yet 🙁

Thanks. Nothing that near me, sadly 🙁 I’ve emailed Accor to chase the Kobo points but, if I’ve no joy, I’ll either transfer out the points or gift a stay…

Usually within a month, getting the transaction to track in the first place is the bigger issue IME. Would defo go with the food, stay or Qarar trabsfer if time is pressing.
