My TP year ended on 8th April. Thanks to the BAH promotion last Dec I finished the year on 560 TP and 4 trips but qualified for silver until April 2024 due to the pandemic reduction.
On april 13, there are 2 adjustments for TP year end -520 and +200. The appp now says I have 760 TP and 4 flights completed.
Does that make any sense to anyone? Will it change after 31st May which is the card expiry date?
I had something similar. I accrued 560 TPs last year but the dashboard was claiming I had 790. I qualified under the post-COVID lower threshold. On the reset date (Feb 8th), it just went back to zero.
I didn’t see any adjustments like you describe but having seen how BA’s tech handles redemptions and refunds, I’d just move on. If it’s like mine then it will drop back to zero next week.
