I’ve recently linked my curve card with my Barclays and just realised I’m being charged international fees for foreign transaction. Is that normal ?

You have the free basic Curve Card which no longer has free FX.
I get charged by Barclays ! And I actually upgraded to curve black last month before I went to the US…
That doesn’t sound right. Are you sure Barclays charged you, not Curve? In the first instance I’d email Curve.
Make sure the card in the curve app is set to gbp as currency, if you change to the foreign currency in curve app then curve won’t do the exchange
