Trying to move some expiring Avios from iberia, a 4 year old account, which has ‘earned’ Avios (travellex), but throwing up “Sorry, you currently don’t meet the terms and conditions to move Avios”. At a bit of a loss, any suggestions…?
Recent thread on this already. Try removing all letters from your post code in your Iberia account, just leaving the numbers, and try again. Also, pull from BA, don’t push from Iberia.

Thanks, but unfortunately going via Aerclub results in “combine my avios is not available at present”, Iberia don’t seem to have my physical address, and everything I can find as a possibility simply ‘freezes’
Yes, there is a glitch meaning the postcode field does not allow you to put in letters, only numbers.

-The name on the involved loyalty programs must be spelled exactly the same.
-The profile details (passport, date of birth, email, address, postal code, etc.) on the involved loyalty programs must match.
-*Combine My Avios* cannot be used within 90 days of joining the Iberia Plus program.
-The Iberia Plus card must have movements of redemption or obtaining within the last 36 months.
-The British Airways account cannot be a -Household- account, must be a personal account.Not sure about the last point. Being in a household account hasn’t been a problem for me – transfer from Iberia to BAEC has worked fine.
