Hello,
We have been trying to transfer points between my wife’s Bonvoy accounts to mine for the past couple of days, but whenever we click on the “Online Points Transfer Tool”, get taken to a page with the message “sorry we can’t find the page you requested”.
We have contacted customer support who can only offer generic advice about trying later and with a different browser, all of which we have done and the issue persists.
Has anyone experienced this and found a successful workaround at all please?
