I am trying to undertake the above transfer. I know the airline is not keen to facilitate it but I can’t find anyway or contact number on their website to use. Doe anyone know the best way to proceed. Thanks

The number 0344 209 2722 takes about an hour to be answered in the evening and at weekends, but I have found it gets answered much more quickly during weekday office hours.
They say you should receive e-mail confirmation from Virgin within a couple of hours, showing the number of points transferred to Hilton. As far as I can see that link takes me to exchanging HH into VA whereas I want to do the opposite unless I am missing somehting
