Unable to book an Avios flight on BA

Hi for 2 days I’ve been getting this when I search for reward flights. Anyone else.

I’m experiencing the same issue when trying to book Avios flights from EDI to LHR in June.

I contacted BA, and they insist on charging me £15 per person, despite my explaining of the error.

Same issue – not been able to book LHR-BHD for 3 days now. Get the same error message as above.

Yep – same issue – have tried all the usual fixes and can’t get it sorted

Just tried LHR-BHD out of curiosity, error for me too.

Not exactly the same, but a couple of days ago clicking on “book a flight with avios” just kept returning me to the home page. When I went into my account page and selected the option, I could go ahead with the booking.

Also – about 12 months ago I wasn’t able to book MAN-LHR and eventually had to call to do it. These posts have just reminded me. The agent said there was a specific IT issue and it subsequently seemed to resolve itself. I wonder if it’s back, and just affects UK domestic bookings?

I ended up calling them and doing it over the phone
