Or change password. Is it just me? I haven’t had reason to login for ages and now not playing ball on the app, safari or chrome, sigh
Same here. I was able to log in this morning after receiving status upgrade offer via email, but this afternoon it’s not working. Tried forgot password once, then received error message in the app. An hour later, I received 20 odd emails with password change requests.
My guess is the status upgrade offer was an error and now they’ve taken down the log in option until they sort it out.
No problems here. I upgraded my existing account last night to VIP and can log in fine (albeit I did have to activate my account again).
I also created a new account – which provides an extra year’s status – and this also seems to be working fine. That said, I’ve found Radisson’s IT to be a bit unreliable in the past.
I just realised activate account email went into my spam folder. Did you lose any points you had in the account when you activated the account?
Edit: I did activate account and all seems to be in order now and I can log in.
I phoned Customer Services earlier, and they confirmed that they were updating their systems. I was able to login from around 30 minutes ago.
