I have 2 Barclay upgrade vouchers and want to book a CW return for 2 of us. Tried to complete a dummy booking but it would only allow me to select one voucher thus not covering 2 upgrades for a return trip. Any way round this or do I need to call and join the dread Q ? Cheers
You could do two separate bookings, though that’s not ideal – especially if one of you has status.
Otherwise it probably is a case of phoning.
Phoning BAEC no longer seems to be the nightmare it once was. I got through in less than 5 minutes last week.
And do we yet know if you can book outbound at 355 days then ring in later to add inbound or book online without voucher and ring in and get Avios refunded as per the Amex 241 voucher?
Thanks all.
Anyone advise the best telephone number to call BA for an Avios booking, I am Silver if that makes any difference with an Avios booking.
I always seem to end up in the wrong Q.
Thanks

I have no status, but used 0344 493 0747 at 1pm last Thursday, and the call was answered in less than 5 minutes.
