Using Amex Companion Vouchers

Just thought I would benefit from your experience out there – I received an alert at 00:47 today (28th) and immediately called BA Silver in the US who told me that availability for this date (17/12/25) had not been released despite their reward system and yours showed that it did! I called their support number in the US and was told release of these was at midnight local time of origin (0400 UK) .
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Are you talking about a SeatSpy alert? This site doesn’t provide that service, so you should redirect your query.
Perhaps one of the users of this forum who use SeatSpy will have an idea of what the issue may have been.

I’m not sure what the OP is referring to either, but surely seats could have been booked online if they were available?!
