Hi
Does anyone know if it’s possible to buy one premium ticket with virgin points then use one companion voucher to add a companion. Then use another upgrade voucher to upgrade both seats one way into upper class?
Thanks!
Yes, you’ll need a service agent (ideally from Swansea) who knows what they are doing. You’ll need award availability first in premium to use the companion voucher (fees and surcharges applicable) then you’ll need two seats award availability in Upper to use the upgrade voucher (more fees and surcharges applicable) if the award availability isn’t there in premium x 1 and upper x 2 they can’t do it.
