Hi there. New to the forum, so apologies if this has been raised before. Has anyone actually managed to use their Virgin points to book any kind of redemption on ANA … ?
I’ve been calling VA every few weeks for about a year to see if there is anything in business/first from either London or Frankfurt .. as of yet, no joy. The agent on the phone has just told me that they have a new policy that they can only check 3 dates per call from here onward, and given that there is a considerable wait time to speak with an agent, I may have to give up on the dream.
Sitting on nearly 200k Virgin points and would love to make this work.. tips/advice welcome.
