The Cathay Pacific one is the best one I’ve found here. Although check times as it does close slightly earlier than some of the BA departing flights.

You’ll be directed to the Plaza Premium, which has been a temporary area roped off from the concourse while they refurbish the lounge – not sure when that’s due to finish. The Cathay Pacific lounge opens at variable times I think depending on their flights – when we flew out of Vancouver in Feb this year Cathay opened after we’d left.
