    Took advantage of this offer in late 2022 and flew to Tampa from London and return in early October in UC – the points are still not back in my account – Virgin said 18 days on an email when I chased this early December – multiple submissions to Virgin and Red via my account and the Claim Missing Miles template – any one know a ”good email or twitter handle” that will get a response from Virgin Atlantic and some actual tangible help on this – (I know BA have a few email accounts etc which HfP have shared and those email addresses tend to work and solicit a response So wonder if VA have same scenario ?) Thanks in advance for any help.

    Same, likewise interested in the best place to direct this, it was a confusing promotion in the sense that who was issuing the rebate, Virgin Atlantic or Virgin Red.

    customer.care@fly.virgin.com is my go-to. You might find that vapartnerpoints@fly.virgin.com are helpful, too (although this is technically not a partner points issue, they are generally good with points-related fixing I need making on my account).
