Virgin allowed me the premium card introductory bonus despite holding free card

Just to update. Applied a few months ago for the Virgin+ paid for card, whilst also having the free basic card.
Lot of discussion at the time if 1) Virgin Money would allow me to hold both cards, and 2) If both promotional bonuses would be received. I did ask CSAs at the time who confirmed all within the rules.
Pleased to share that introductory bonus 15k points and spend 15k points received promptly without issue.
Second card (premium) credit limit not ideal but when not using alongside curve not a problem.- This topic was modified 54 years, 11 months ago by .
