Any predictions if Virgin will launch a 2024 Virgin Cruise points offer. Have done this last two years.
Thanks for any predictions.
Howard
Sales in the US are apparently extremely strong. A lot of the discounting on cash tickets we saw in 2022/23 has ended. Don’t expect anything out of Miami.
I suspect we WILL see deals on the new UK cruises, should you want a few days in the North Sea.
Not sure about the Med ones ….
They have delayed the acceptance of their latest ship which is ready to be signed over – those are the actions of a group in trouble.
They’ve also just got another “loan” of $500M a week or so ago.
Add to that the general slowing down of cruise bookings across all lines (despite what they tell you).
So, I think the cruise points offers WILL be back this year – just be sure to pay with a credit card lol

They’re sending any influencer willing on free cruises, and even offering another cruise on the ship over minor inconveniences to them (change of itinerary). The manor in which they have zero standards for these influencer spots to me suggests everything may not be quite so rosy.

They just have a completely bizarre cruise experience – and while the likes of Royal Caribbean are floating bigger and better fun ships I’m afraid Virgin are aiming themselves at a VERY tiny part of the cruise market.
If you read their latest press releases they say how they are adapting to what customers want – that’s all well and good as long as you’re not one of the customers they’ve not yet “adapted” for.
Thank you for all the comments…..Much appreciated……Points on the ready!!
This title is a big misleading and got me hopeful before I opened the discussion! A question mark at the end would help.
We’re ready to book as soon as they announce them!

The UK cruises seem to be selling well.
The sailing we’re booked on in August (23rd) has been out of regular Sea Terrace rooms for quite a while!
