    Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble locating my upgrade/companion voucher. Anyone know where I can locate it?

    Thanks,

It exists in the mind’s eye, not in reality. You can only see it as a zero points entry in your VS Flying Club account transactions. As for using it or expiry dates, you have to call. I am unlikely to ever use my 2 considering the nonsense TFCs added by the airline. Flying from Dublin paying cash and having greater flex on dates is cheaper. And the rank old VS A330s running the MAN routes, not to mention the subpar lounge situation, means I’m not missing out on any great experience.

If you VFC account shows “no activity” as mine has for the past nine months even though I’ve had plenty, then the only way now (since Virgin abandoned their extremely helpful twitter team) is to call up and ask for details of the added and expiry date. Call Virgin Atlantic that is, Virgin Money don’t have a clue.

I got no notification when mine was added in August.

Have you tried viewing this in Account > Activity via the Virgin Red app? I have the exact same issue with the website and VS app, but it’s showing perfectly fine in the Red app.

Yep, full activity in there but no voucher shows.

I can’t see any of my vouchers in the Red app, either. It would be ideal if they showed vouchers in the app.

There is no voucher, as such. There’s a cryptic entry on your Virgin Flying account for the relevant month (though it sounds like even this isn’t guaranteed) and you can only find out anything else about it by calling Virgin!
I was also sure I saw mine at one time in the Red app, but when I last checked it definitely wasn’t there.

In the end what did you find in your FC account? Was it the 0 point entry as others notes above? If so how many days after the points from the relevant statement did the entry show?

I’ve been tracking my spend and am definitely over the £10k threshold, but only the points from the last statement show, no 0 point line entry for the voucher. This is in the website.

I have the same problem. I can never find my coucher and i am never emailed at the end of the annual statement period. In fact, i was on the phone wiht them this morning after Virgin Atlantic told me they have no records of a new voucher to ring Virgin Atlantic creidt card. Which i did, they agreed i have spent the £10k but it has to go through another department and they would get back to me in a week. I won’t hold my breath!
