    Used Virgin Shops Away many time this year, as the points back rate was interesting for Marriott.

    To my disbelief, I had noticed that none of these have successfully tracked, already in August.

    The Missing Claim form doesn’t work as the ’email’ field is greyed out (I tried different browsers) and the field is compulsory to be able to raise a claim. Do other people have the same issue?
    Checking again today and same status…

    There does not seem to be any other way to get these claims through, unless I am missing something this is very very disappointing !!!

    I have had a few GETT trips track successfully, but have long since given up using the Shops Away portal. They had a nasty habit of invalidating points credits and clawing the points back over 12 months in arrears, even when the points earned were valid, and making things more confusing by clawing back a slightly different numbers of points, and not specify which transaction the reversal related to. Simply not worth the hassle.
