Virgin ShopsAway points not being added to Flying Club account

I can see Virgin points accruing in my Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account from my credit card spend, and my Tesco Clubcard but my Virgin Shopsaway points have not been added for a year. I’ve spoken to Virgin on frequent occasions but have not got this resolved. The Flyingclub portal does not seem to work in terms of viewing items per page or date range either .
Has anyone else had these problems?
Same here, I keep getting the approved email from Shopsaway and nothing ever posts to my account.
Same. Used to work fine for me before they tampered with it and introduced Virgin Red.

My account shows the 35k approved points but I haven’t got these on my Flying club account yet. Did you raise this direct to Virgin on Twitter?
For what it’s worth, my Shops Away transactions are posting, but they are only visible via Virgin Red and not via VAA.
