Hi,

I am sure that there used to be a text number, but I can’t find it.

Also the details on how seem to be missing from the virgin site, unless it is an issue with the mobile site.

Can anyone recall how to transfer or ideally do it via SMS

There was an WhatsApp, but they discontinued that. You have to call now, I believe.

I managed to text VS on +44 7481 339184 in late January but not sure if it still works. Took about 17 hours to get a reply from a human.
