Virgin voucher flights – are they fully refundable?

Booked two flights to Austin – paid one with points and used a voucher as a companion voucher – paid just taxes/fees on both.

Can no longer go – are all the taxes/fees refundable? And the flight voucher as well?

Yes, all comes back. Fee is £30 I think so slightly cheaper than BA.
