How do Virgin Atlantic get away with a shocking website and IT system
Because it’s not that much worse than BA’s?
However bad BA’s website is or not Virgin’s is just in a league of its own.
To be fair, it mostly works. I fly both airlines regularly, so have had the misfortune of hiccups on both.
VS make use of a system they inherit from Delta, but a lot of the features that the Delta website has aren’t enabled on the VS one. I agree that some investment would be useful, but it probably hasn’t been a priority in recent years.
Does anyone know what sort of voucher you can enter into the box on the online booking ?
It certainly isnt the CC voucher or the COVID ones

Promotional codes, usually to save cash or gain extra Virgin Points. Leisure pax are most likely to see them in sale emails; business pax might get them issued centrally to encourage adoption.
