Hi, needing to book excact flights with avios 355 days out in a few weeks and will therefore need to make the call at midnight on the US call centre number. What is people’s experience of wait time? I dont mind when I call up and get in the queue but wanted to check if it has been 10 minutes or hours to get through even when calling the US number at midnight. Any advice appreciated, thanks!
Just bumping this question as I will be phoning in the next couple of days. Dont want to call at 11.50pm and then be on hold for an hour and miss the seats! thanks

I had to do this recently and called the Australia call centre number. It was handled in India and I managed to book the return tickets I was after.
