Hi there, I am newish here and I have been following various topics on the forum.
I am trying to book BA reward Club Joburg to UK route for Feb 2026 (gave up on Cape Town), with a connection day +1. Obviously I cannot book the whole route as the seats for my connecting flight will only be released the next evening, and I don’t want to book a reward flight on short haul as it makes no sense.
Club seats on the Joburg route are like hot cakes and will be gone by the time the next seat are released 24 hours later.Is there a way to go around it or do I hope for the best and perhaps end up with some eco premium seats which look more available at this time of the year?
ThanksYou book the long haul, then the next day phone up to add the connection when that gets released. If it’s a UK domestic it should be free on a long haul Avios booking.
