What is the latest update for the BA long haul Club Suite routes status?

I have redeemed 3x HKG-LHR (BA28 777) business tickets in this Jul for next summer (Jul also),
I decided to select BA28(777) instead of BA32(787) because I thought might have a chance to have the new Club Suite, yes when I checked the layout is 1-2-1 and selected seats at that moment, however, I checked which change to 787 and with the old 2-3-2 layout recently, but the BA32 changed to A350-10…… does anyone know the aircraft refurbishing process? Do I still have the chance? Thanks!Closer to the time of departure is a better indicator of what type of aircraft will be used, but it really does depend on what happens on the day.
The plane allocated on the day for your flight could be fitted with club suite, and right at the last minute it develops a fault and you end up on whatever aircraft they have free.
