on BA.com? I’m sure I’ve seen people say that the info is still available, presumably in the Executive Club area, but I can’t find it! Can anyone help guide me? I’m trying to find the expiry date of a used-but-not-yet-flown voucher.
The details are usually in the “e-vouchers” section of your account, you can find the right page in the side bar on your BA account home page.
As @NorthernLass says its in e-vouchers. On left hand side of BAEC home page select “Manage my Account” and then the second “manage my account” and “e-vouchers” is towards the bottom of the list of options.
Oh dear, I can’t find that either. The home page has a narrow blue stripe under British Airways with a “my account details” drop down which opens a bigger blue stripe with details of my Avios balance, tier points etc on the left (the same info is repeated further down the page) and “useful links” on the right. If I click on the “my executive club” box on the stripe or “my account” further down the page it takes me to the Executive Club home page which in turn has a bunch of options on the “manage my account” drop down, none of which say e-vouchers (and I do have e-vouchers still to use as well as the used 2-4-1). Am I missing something or is it just not showing on my account?
Well at least I know where to look, but there’s nothing there. The “Manage my account” drop down options end with “manage third party nominee”, “Executive Club items”, “combine my Avios” and “Claim missing Avios”. Nothing to do with e-vouchers. I guess I’ll have to ring BA. What a pain.
@louie On the desktop website there’s a second “manage my account” option below the one you see from the BAEC home page.
I am not able to see it at the moment as I am on my mobile.
On your Executive Club homepage, the one that lists-vouchers and current bookings etc, just below the e-vouchers section should be a ‘More Voucher Information’ button. This shows used vouchers but only back a couple of years.
