Does anyone know when BA are likely to release the winter flight for 2024 for Gatwick? I’m looking for October half term 2024 and can’t decide whether to just book the Heathrow flights on points which are available for end of October 2024 or wait to see if Gatwick flights become available. At the moment Gatwick seems to stop on 26th Oct which is the first Saturday of half term meaning the flight out is fine but no currently scheduled flight back.
You can always book the LHR flights then cancel (likely for £1) if your LGW ones appear.
Iberia Express seems to be the same. Madrid – London flights up until 26th October, then nothing after.
Saturday 26 / Sunday 27 is when the clocks change and Sunday marks the start of the winter season.
The season change is far more important that UK half term.
Same happens next March in the middle of the Easter weekend.

Thanks. Do you know is that means:
a) there will be fewer flights during that period
b) there will be less reward availability
c) the flights will just be released ‘late’?
