“Your documents are under review” says BA

How long does this take? Checked the BA site yesterday and did all it asked then. Did Verifly in anticipation as well. This morning BA also wanted the proofs of vacination… Now under review and can’t check in or get to seat selection… Grrr

Took 10 minutes for mine to be verified last night.

Where are you going? There are known issues with VeriFly. Worst case scenario is that you’ll have to check in at the airport. Not sure why you can’t get to seat selection, though, this is a separate section of MMB?

Managed to check in and confirm seats – no options to change!

Still says processing documents will sort at the airport tomorrow. Thanks

I’ve got the same issue. Flying to ATL tomorrow and all but one person in our bookings are “under review”. It’s now 20 hours since we submitted forms and documents.
