I really can’t figure if flying BA Club Europe as a Bronze whether I’ll get access or not – I’m suspecting not.

    Thoughts?

The bronze wont qualify you, but Club Europe ought to- so long as it is the listed BA business class lounge on the oneworld lounges database.

This is all the Oneworld site says for the lounge:

    Access
    Sapphire Tier
    Emerald Tier

    Airlines
    Iberia
Access for eligible customers traveling on these oneworld member airlines only.

In that case don’t expect access as you’re not flying on Iberia. But BA may have done a deal that gets you lounge access for travelling CE.

BA also may give you a voucher for food and drink. If not complain when you get back to the UK about the lack of lounge access, you may get a few Avios chucked your way

Not sure if you could just buy something to eat and drink and bill it to BA.

I’ve been in there a few times With PP, with only a few loungers mostly in the shade outside if you can’t get those you are seated in a very depressing indoor area. Drinks are fine, with adequate Cava/wine/beers but food can be hit and miss. Personally I much prefer to spend a few Euros in the glorious sun at the Tropical bar down the other end of the airport.

Thanks for confirming I’d read it right.

Good shout about the Tropical bar – I’ll probably just head right there!
