A Seatspy subscription is probably your best bet as you can set up alerts if they become available. First has no guaranteed avios availability sadly

Yes there’s scattered availability over the next 6 months, mainly Feb/ March next year, but nothing available now until the Christmas period. However I watch this route closely and the general trend is they don’t release First when reward seats are first made available, but they tend to release them in 1’s and 2’s in the months that follow. So as said above your best bet is a Seatspy subscription and target specific dates – I almost always get them eventually.
