Last chance for the Hilton ‘Any Weekend, Anywhere’ hotel sale

A quick reminder that the Hilton “Any Weekend, Anywhere” sale is coming to an end on Friday.

What is interesting about this deal is that it is valid until the END of 2014, although you need to book before January 31st 2014.

Bookings must be prepaid and cannot be cancelled.

This sale rate will also work fine with the new “Weekend Rewards” promotion, which runs until April 30th.  This gives you 7,000 bonus Hilton HHonors points for a 2-night stay over a Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday, which I would value at between £20 and £35.  This is on top of your standard points.

The rates are valid for any Friday, Saturday or Sunday night from now until the end of next year.  In the Middle East, you need to book for a Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

The standard discount is 33% off the cancellable Best Available Rate.  This will be cheaper than the usual Advanced Purchase rate.

The sale is happening worldwide, although the discounts vary.  The sale home page is here – the rates will show up if still available.  No promotional codes are required.

How to earn Hilton Honors points and status from UK credit cards

How to earn Hilton Honors points and status from UK credit cards (April 2025)

There are various ways of earning Hilton Honors points from UK credit and debit cards.  Many cards also have generous sign-up bonuses.

There are two dedicated Hilton Honors debit cards. These are especially attractive when spending abroad due to the 0% or 0.5% FX fee, depending on card.

You also receive FREE Hilton Honors status for as long as you hold the debit cards – Gold status with the Plus card and Silver status with the basic card. This is a great reason to apply even if you rarely use it.

We reviewed the Hilton Honors Plus Debit Card here and the Hilton Honors Debit Card here.
