  Three days ago on the way to Rio I pull off a mid-air Aviation thanks to a mini shaker, cunningly smuggled Maraschino and Violette and helpful BA flight attendants happy to entertain a request for a glass of ice with 8 slices of lemon in it… and suddenly everybody else is doing it.
