We have been looking at a few niche Avios partners recently.
In one of the odder and lesser known Avios partnerships, London-focussed estate agent Chestertons is offering Avios points to anyone who uses it to rent out or sell a UK residential property.

There are only two bits of small print you need to know:
You earn 1 Avios point per £1 in either avios.com or British Airways Executive Club, based on the ex-VAT amount you pay to them in fees
You CANNOT retrospectively claim Avios points. If you have an existing contract with them, it is too late – it must be agreed as part of your initial fee contract.
The exception is if you are a landlord and they already let your property. In this case, you can arrange for Avios to be awarded from the next renewal date.
Personally, I would suggest that the decision on who should sell or rent out your property is too important to be swayed by a very modest number of Avios points.
However, if you were considering using the firm anyway, you might as well take the Avios if they are on offer.

How to earn Avios from UK credit cards (June 2025)
As a reminder, there are various ways of earning Avios points from UK credit cards. Many cards also have generous sign-up bonuses!
