UPDATE – APRIL 2025: This article is now out of date, but don’t worry. We produce a monthly summary of the top hotel bonus point offers – please click HERE or use the ‘Hotel Offers’ menu above.
Keep up to date with new hotel offers by signing up for our free daily or weekly newsletters.
We are a bit late to the party on this deal annoyingly. However, until 31st July you will earn 3,000 IHG Rewards Club bonus points when you credit a Hertz car rental to IHG.
This is on top of the standard earning rate of 500 points per rental day for Elite members and 125 points per rental day for base level members.
You MUST book via this IHG web page. It is not clear if rentals must be completed by 31st July or just booked, so for safety should assume the former.
Hertz points usually count for status when credited to IHG Rewards Club, so there is a chance that the 3,000 bonus points will also be status-qualifying.
You may even be able to stack this offer with the Hertz / Amex deal mentioned at the top of this page.
PS. If you are not a regular Head for Points visitor, why not sign up for our FREE weekly or daily newsletters? They are full of the latest Avios, airline, hotel and credit card points news and will help you travel better.
