Virgin Atlantic has launched a new partnership with Irish food writer Donal Skehan. Selected dishes from Donal will be appearing in the Clubhouse restaurants and in Upper Class cabins this month, following by Premium and Economy in 2019.
Donal is a regular host on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen and also appears on various other shows in Ireland, the UK and the US.
Dishes for October include, onboard, an Aromatic Thai Vegetable Stew and Charred Cod with Spicy Mango Salad & Nam Jim Dressing.
Menu items at the Clubhouses include:
- Spiced Chorizo, Fennel & Tomato Stew
- Vietnamese Beef and Mango Salad
- Super Green Omelette with Goats Cheese, Sun-blushed Tomatoes & Avocado
