How to earn Avios points on printing with printed.com
Links on Head for Points may support the site by paying a commission. See here for all partner links.
Printed.com is an Avios partner you probably haven’t heard of. The company has been offering Avios points for a number of years – for at least as long as Head for Points has been running – but is never mentioned on ba.com as a partner.
printed.com is an online printing company specialising in pretty much everything:
- leaflets
- business cards
- stickers
- postcards
- display boards
- brochures
- invitations
- posters etc
I have never used the business personally but the website looks impressive.
printed.com runs its own reward programme. You earn four Printed Points for every £1, excluding VAT and delivery, you spend, which increases to up to 10 Printed Points per £1.
Silver status (7 points per £1) is yours if you:
- place a total of 4 -10 lifetime orders, or
- have placed one order in the last 90 days, or
- have spent £290 in the last 90 days, excluding VAT and delivery
To qualify for Pink status (10 points per £1) you need to:
- place a total of 10 or more lifetime orders, or
- have placed 1 order in the last month, or
- have spent £620 in the last 90 days, excluding VAT and delivery
As you can see, you could in theory change tier every month based on your activity! However, demotions are only made on 90 day cycles so you will retain a tier for at least that long.
You can earn bonus points for completing your site profile, reviewing your previous orders and referring friends to the company.
Your Printed Points can be used for Avios, for Amazon or Marks & Spencer vouchers or for credit towards future printed.com orders.
The conversion rate into Avios is not shown on their site but it is roughly 4.2 to 1 based on previous reader feedback. This means that you receive a little under 1 Avios per £1 ex-VAT that you spend.
If you have any printing requirements coming up, you can find out more on their website here.
