Starting today, and running for the rest of the month – until 31st August 2019 – we are running a great competition in association with Etihad Airways. It is one of the most valuable prizes we have ever given away.
One lucky Head for Points reader will win two Business Class return tickets from London or Manchester to Abu Dhabi.
The Manchester option should make all readers happy who live North of London and tend to complain about us being too London focused.
About Etihad Airways
Etihad has recently announced a permanent fourth daily service from Heathrow to Abu Dhabi during the Winter season, from 26th October. This evening service will be operated by a Boeing 787 and is in addition to the existing three A380 services.
Etihad is currently operating five daily flights to Abu Dhabi from Heathrow over the Summer, until 28th September. After that it will drop to four daily flights until the end of the Summer season on 26th October, at which point the new ‘four daily’ schedule kicks in.
Rob has done a number of reviews of Etihad flights and lounges over the years
- Etihad’s A380 Business Studio
- Etihad’s A380 First Class apartment
- Etihad’s Boeing 777 First Class Suite
- Etihad’s First Class lounge in Abu Dhabi
- Etihad arrivals lounge in Abu Dhabi
- Etihad lounge at Heathrow T4
….. and we like them very much. The new Boeing 787 flights from Heathrow this Summer are using the same Business Studio which is on the A380. The Manchester service also uses a Boeing 787 with Business Studio.
How can you win?
There is one pair of Business Class return tickets on Etihad to Abu Dhabi to be won. The prize includes lounge access but not chauffeur transfers.
There are some restrictions on how you can use your prize:
You can choose to fly from London or Manchester

You can have up to two entries per person:
You receive one entry automatically for completing your details
You receive a 2nd entry if you tick the box to sign up to Etihad’s email newsletter – this is optional but is worthwhile as you will be first to hear about their special offers and sales
If you don’t choose to get a second entry, your details remain confidential and will not be passed to Etihad (unless you win!). Head for Points will not use your email address for any other purpose. We will delete all of the data at our end after the winner has been confirmed.
