The aim of this feature is to summarise flight, hotel and points offers that are ending soon.  Everything listed below has been covered on HfP in recent weeks, but years of experience of running offers for HfP readers has made it very clear that a large proportion like to leave things to the last minute ….

Hotel promotions

Here are registration links for the current hotel promotions from the major chains:

  • Accor Live Limitless – 6,000 bonus points if you complete 3 x 2-night stays from 23rd September to 31st December (book by 4th November) – register here
  • Hilton Honors – double base points on stays between 7th September and 31st December – register here
  • IHG Rewards – double base points on your 2nd stays and triple base points on subsequent stays between 1st October and 31st December – register here
  • Marriott Bonvoy – 1,500 bonus points on all stays from 14th September to 12th December – register here
  • Radisson Rewards – double base points on all stays from 15th October to 19th December – register here

Tuesday 2nd November

Three big American Express offers are ending:

Last day to get 60,000 American Express Membership Rewards points when you apply for The Platinum Card

Last day to get 40,000 Avios when you apply for the British Airways Premium Plus American Express card

Last day to get 10,000 Avios when you apply for the free British Airways American Express card

Thursday 4th November

Last day to book Accor hotel stays to qualify for the current 6,000 bonus points offer (stay by 31st December)

Monday 8th November

US re-opens to tourists from the UK

Tuesday 9th November

Last day for the 30,000 American Express Membership Rewards points bonus when you apply for Amex Preferred Rewards Gold

Friday 12th November

Monday 15th November

Last day to book in the IHG ‘Stay Longer’ sale (stay by 31st March 2022)

Thursday 18th November

Last day to earn 7,000 Radisson Rewards points per night for a stay in the Nordics

Sunday 21st November

Monday 22nd November

Last day for American Express Business cardholders to save £100 on a £400 spend at Amex Travel

Sunday 28th November

Last day to register for the Marriott Bonvoy 1,500 bonus points promotion (stay by 12th December)

Tuesday 30th November

Last day to join IHG Rewards as a new member to qualify for the ‘free night after two stays’ offer (stay by 26th December)

Last day for £100 cashback on £250 spent at WorldHotels, for selected Amex cardholders

Last day to save £50 on the annual fee for the HSBC Premier World Elite credit card

    I assume you can still qualify for the 2X/3X IHG points with consecutive stays at different IHG hotels?

    Surprised this list doesn’t mention Saturday 30th October as the last day to book using a Lloyds Avios upgrade voucher.
