  • ringingup says:

Europe doesn’t seem to be included in the discounted revenue and points stay promos. Is that right?

    • Rob says:

Not had the small print yet – expecting it today. Site wasn’t live when this article was written.

  • Chas says:

I’ve already got a points stay booked on Berlin for early Dec – fingers crossed I’ll be able to re-book it cheaper with the 15% discount…

  • Blair Waldorf Salad says:

I don’t get it. Are the offers yet to go live and dripfed out over the coming week? I used the points bookings webpage of WoW and saw absolutely no difference in points prices for 2022/23 stays.

    • Andrew. says:

It’s all a bit odd. If you follow through the pathway, there are plenty of UK & European hotels showing as participating, but when you get as far as booking there’s no availability at that rate.

If you follow that pathway to US hotels, there are plenty of options.

  • Aso01 says:

I successfully re-booked a cash stay at the Westin London on the Escape rate. Was about £60 cheaper, and lower than the prepay rate.

  • Kevin C says:

There’s also a 50% bonus on buying points for purchases of 2000 points or more.

    • Blair Waldorf Salad says:

Yeah but huge question mark over prospective redemption values achievable 2023 onwards with dynamic pricing

      • Kevin C says:

But if, like me, you get them for Bonvoy Moment experiences, it’s worth knowing.

    • Rob says:

Yes, we will slot this in – trying not to overwhelm people all at once.

  • Lee Thornton says:

This ‘promotion’ is absolutely rubbish. Very limited stay window (mid Nov to mid Jan), little to no availability, the search engine doesn’t show the offer you’re trying to book, and so on and on. Why bother??? And I’m a lifetime Platinum who always stays with Marriott, sort it out people!

    • optomdad says:

Agreed. Once you get past the headlines, the whole promotion looks like a damp squib

  • John Gallagher says:

Looks like the discounts are starting to trickle through. Doha point redemptions for later this month dropped today
