Earlier in the year, IAG Loyalty relaunched the British Airways Prepaid Mastercard. If you took out this card, IAG Loyalty is keen to hear your thoughts.

IAG Loyalty is currently running research into the user experience of the card and needs cardholders to take part. This research is also open to people who have had the card but recently cancelled it.

British Airways Prepaid Mastercard research

Participants in the research will need to take part in a virtual feedback session for 30 minutes, held via Zoom between Tuesday 25th October –  Tuesday 1st November between the hours of 10.30am – 5.30pm (BST/GMT). In return they will get $30 paid into their Paypal account.

If you hold or have held the card recently and are interested in giving your feedback, this is a good opportunity to do so. Please note there are very limited places and it will be on a first come, first served basis. We will update this article once all the places are taken.

To take part the feedback sessions, please sign up to IAG Loyalty’s user testing platform using this link here. Once signed up, you’ll be able to choose a time slot and if none are available it will mean the places have all been taken. Thank you in advance for your help.

  • Chas says:

Either the slots have all gone by 5am, or this isn’t working. Took 7 minutes to register (download the app, create an account, complete my profile), and then there is nowhere to select a time.

I can see my “Custom Network” for the card, but when I click on it all I get are the options to select which types of device I have available to complete the tests on, and which browsers I have available. No options to select a time or date to participate. Either everyone else is up early, the tests genuinely can’t be taken on Apple devices, or some IT incompetence has struck again. It’s BA, so I know which option I think is correct….

  • Wotsit says:

I have found exactly the same problem as Chas. A request to remove my account has now been submitted – go to “Help” and type in “Delete Account”. Also this “offer” comes up with $30 not £50, so there’s an embedded transatlantic problem as well. Not recommended; sorry!

    • Chas says:

I can’t even see the payment amount in the app, but the article above says it is €30. I think you’ve got the £50 from the other Bits article muddled with this.

      • Wotsit says:

Ah yes; I see. My mistake, sorry!

I was being directed to start an immediate review, which is unwelcome at this early hour. So the only option was to abandon it. Have requested account cancellation, as previously mentioned.

      • Mr(s) Entitled says:

        Article does specify USD.

        • Chas says:

Sorry, yes – fat finger on the keyboard. But definitely not £50… 😉

  • Simon says:

    Same issues here, very annoying

  • Adder says:

I have the same issue as Chas and Wotsit. Nothing on the website (Windows – Firefox, Chrome or Edge), Safari or the app they make you download.

  • Chas says:

Maybe it’s the cynic in me, but is anyone else wondering if this is BA’s way of being able to truthfully say to Senior Management “we initiated some post implementation market research, and no-one gave us any negative feedback about the card, so we must have done a great job!”…….?

    • Simon says:

To be fair I really like the card and find it useful haven’t had my sign-up bonus yet which is probably the only gripe I have

  • Daniel says:

Downloaded all, signed up…and again nada as above… FFS!!

    Do they get anything right?

  • Daniel says:

I used Android phone with chrome.

  • Nick says:

Might just be a problem with my account but I haven’t got any offers at all on any on my Amex cards.

    • Nick says:

All four of my amex cards are showing no new offers. Must be an amex site error or maybe they are refreshing all the offers for all the accounts?

    • Paul says:

I’m the same, all offers seem to have disappeared today?
