A reader creates an American Express Platinum £150 dining credit map

A new benefit added to the American Express Platinum card this year is £300 of annual dining credit. You receive:

• £150 to spend at 160 UK restaurants and

• £150 to spend at around 1,400 international restaurants

The credit resets on 1st January so if you haven’t used your 2022 allowance – and I haven’t used my UK one yet – then you should get a move on!

American Express produced this website to list participating restaurants. Unfortunately it isn’t a lot of use in big cities if you are not familiar with how the postal codes work.

Reader Janos has put together two Google Maps showing participating restaurants, one for London and one for Paris. Another reader sent in one for Vienna. It should make your job easier.
