The aim of this feature is to summarise flight, hotel and points offers that are ending soon. Everything listed below has been covered on HfP in recent weeks, but years of experience of running offers for HfP readers has made it very clear that a large proportion like to leave things to the last minute ….

Here are registration links for the current hotel promotions from the major chains:

Hilton Honors – 2,000 bonus points per stay from 1st May to 5th September – register here

IHG One Rewards – choose from 2,000 bonus points for every two cash nights or 10,000 bonus points for every four cash nights, from 6th June to 31st August – register here

The following hotel ‘buy points’ offers are currently running:

Tuesday 30th May

Last day to apply for the Marriott Bonvoy American Express card to get a 40,000 points bonus and a free night voucher

Wednesday 31st May

Last day to get £50 American Express cashback on £200 Hilton spend

Last day to book an Avis car rental to get 1,000 bonus Avios (collect car by 30th June)

Wednesday 7th June

Friday 9th June

Last day to get £75 American Express cashback on a £300 IHG hotel spend

Saturday 10th June

Last day to link your Accor Live Limitless and Avios accounts, and make an Accor hotel booking, to earn 500 bonus points

Tuesday 13th June

Last day to get 60,000 American Express Membership Rewards points and a £200 Amex Travel voucher when you apply for The Platinum Card (apply here)

Last day to get 30,000 Virgin Points from the Virgin Atlantic Reward+ Mastercard credit card (apply here)

Last day to convert Tesco Clubcard points to Virgin Points before the conversion rate drops

FIRST DAY for stays to count towards the IHG One Rewards summer promotion.

T&Cs on this promotion say that the Promotion Period starts 24th May and qualifying stays must be within the Promotion Period.
Quote from T&Cs:
To be a “Qualifying Room Night” under the Promotion, the room night must fall within the Promotion Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. As stated, the “Promotion Period” is from 24 May 2023 through 31 August 2023.
