Hyatt confirms the end date for its Small Luxury Hotels partnership

Hilton recently announced that it has agreed a partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
This will see selected SLH hotels made available for booking via the Hilton website, for cash or Hilton Honors points, and some elite benefits offered to Hilton Honors members.
With SLH partnering with Hilton, it means that the existing SLH deal with World of Hyatt will end. Of course, Hyatt is about to add Mr & Mrs Smith hotels to its website, having taken over that partnership from IHG. Yes, it’s complicated.

The termination date for the Hyatt partnership is 15th May.
You will not be able to earn or redeem Hyatt points with Small Luxury Hotels beyond this date.
Existing bookings, for cash or points, will still be honored. You will not receive any World of Hyatt-related benefits though – no free breakfast, no World of Hyatt points, no elite night credits.
You can no longer make new bookings via the Hyatt website for stays after 15th May.

How to earn Hilton Honors points and status from UK credit cards (February 2025)
There are various ways of earning Hilton Honors points from UK credit and debit cards. Many cards also have generous sign-up bonuses.
There are two dedicated Hilton Honors debit cards. These are especially attractive when spending abroad due to the 0% or 0.5% FX fee, depending on card.
You also receive FREE Hilton Honors status for as long as you hold the debit cards – Gold status with the Plus card and Silver status with the basic card. This is a great reason to apply even if you rarely use it.
We reviewed the Hilton Honors Plus Debit Card here and the Hilton Honors Debit Card here.
You can apply for either card here.
