News: new BA Holidays discounts, get 10000 bonus Radisson Rewards points

News in brief:

Save an extra £200 on short haul BA Holidays

Whilst the British Airways sale is now over, BA Holidays is running a special deal on selected beach destinations for the next few days.

The savings apply to ‘flight and hotel’ packages to Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Cyprus, Croatia, Portugal and Italy.

You will save:

• £50 (£100 to Agadir) on bookings of £1,250+
• £100 on bookings of £2,500+
• £200 on bookings of £5,000+

You must complete your travel by 30th June 2024.

This offer stacks with all other BA Holidays offers including double tier points.

Get 10,000 bonus Radisson Rewards points

Radisson Rewards has launched a new promotion for longer stays.

If you book a 4+ night stay, you will receive 10,000 bonus Radisson Rewards points. Whilst this sounds like a lot, following the Radisson Rewards devaluation of 2022, you will only get around £15-£20 of value for them.

The upside is that points can be redeemed as a cash credit against your next stay, so you can at least get your hands on the £15-£20 relatively quickly.

Here’s the small print:

• you must register before booking via this link

• you must book a 4+ night stay by 25th April

• you must stay by 31st May

If you have American Express Platinum, remember that you can qualify for free Premium status in the Radisson Rewards programme. The key benefit here is access to ‘Discount Booster’, an option you can activate which reduces your room rate by a noticeable amount as long as you agree to receive fewer points for your stay.

How to earn Radisson Rewards points and status from UK credit cards (April 2025)

Radisson Rewards does not have a dedicated UK credit card. However, you can earn Radisson Rewards points by converting Membership Rewards points earned from selected UK American Express cards.
