Get 5,525 Avios with a £105 case from The Wine Flyer

An interesting double dip opportunity has popped up from The Wine Flyer, the Avios wine subsidiary.

If you have a British Airways American Express card, you should have an opt-in offer there for 3,000 bonus Avios when you spend £100+ with The Wine Flyer. This deal runs to 30th April.

Separately, The Wine Flyer is offering 2,000 bonus Avios with selected cases of wine (or gin, in one instance). This offer runs for ‘a limited time’.

I liked the look of the ‘Luxury White Selection’ at £105, which seems to be better quality than usual. This is a six bottle case although there are plenty of 12 bottle cases too.

This case earns:

• 525 base Avios @ 5 Avios per £1
• 2,000 bonus Avios for buying a case
• 3,000 bonus Avios if I pay on my BAPP card (these Avios are awarded by Amex, not The Wine Flyer)

That’s a total of 5,525 Avios and six decent bottles of wine for £105. Delivery is included.
