Earlier this week we covered a good double-dip deal running with The Wine Flyer, the Avios wine retailer.
You would receive 3,000 bonus Avios for spending £129.99 on a 12-bottle mixed case or 5,000 Avios on a £149.99 mixed case. You need to use the promo code ‘AUTUMNBONUS’.
On top, BA Amex cardholders who opt in to a cardmember offer receive 3,000 bonus Avios for spending £100 (free BA card) or 4,000 bonus Avios for spending £125 (Premium Plus card).
12 bottles of wine is quite a lot for some people. However it turns out that the offer also works on the 3-bottle case of champagne.
For £131.99 you get a bottle of Moet & Chandon, a bottle of Veuve Cliquot and a bottle of Laurent Perrier.
If you are a British Airways Premium Plus American Express cardholder, you would get 7,660 Avios back with this £131.99 purchase:
- 3,000 Avios for spending £129.99+ on a mixed case
- 660 base Avios for spending £131.99
- 4,000 Avios for spending £125+ on your British Airways Premium Plus American Express
You also get base Avios from your card spend, of course.
